We believe in & we help our customers as far as possible, and we therefore have a liberal cancellation policy.

1. We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests any time before we ship your order.We cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our warehouse for delivery. Unfortunately if you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.
2. If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
3. The product will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product.
4. Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 7 to 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.
